Ibiza Airport offers passengers a selection of duty-free and regular shops, which can be found throughout the airport at carefully designated spots. Passengers who are jetting away will also be able to claim money back off expensive purchases at the airport’s VAT refund counter.

Most of the shops at Ibiza Airport are located on the first floor, with a selection both before and after security. These shops sell a wide range of products, from local produce to souvenirs, gifts and reading material. The Aldeasa Duty Free shop is also located on the first floor and stocks everything from perfume to jewellery and designer clothing.

A large number of eateries can be found in Ibiza Airport’s Departures Hall, including Ben & Jerry’s, Café Café coffee shop, Cafeteria Dalt Vila and Cafeteria Ibiza, all of which provide a range of drinks and snacks to be consumed by those waiting for their flight. There are also a selection of other snack shops and restaurants located in the Arrivals area of the airport.

There are a good number of banking facilities located at Ibiza airport, including several ATMs, banks and a bureau de change. Passengers will also find a post office in the Arrivals area and a range of business facilities.

Ibiza Airport caters for disabled passengers and there are special toilets, ramps and parking spaces here as well as trained staff on hand to aid and assist.
